Droid Charge a New Release of Samsung

With the release of Droid Charge source code on the open source portal of Samsung, it has confirmed that Samsung is going to offer the next generation Samsung Handsets to their user. It is expected that this phone has an 8 mega pixel camera with Dual – LED flash. If this is true then the camera of this set will definitely be able to have a capacity to record 1080p HD video. In their last version of Samsung handsets, 2.2 version of Android with Touch Wiz was running. However it is not sure right now that which version will be running on Droid charge. For the enthusiastic coders Samsung has already displayed the source code of the forthcoming handsets of Verizon, who has decided this time to undertake the Droid name scheme.

It is expected to have 1GHz LTE handset. People have been waiting for the new device to come with 4.3 inch super AMOLED display, 1 GHz Hummingbird processor and LTE connectivity. And now Samsung has confirmed to gift a new handset with all these features to their user as they have provided the source code to them ahead of launching the phone. People who are curious about the launch can use the code SCH – I510 and enjoy the new feature of this new release.

Nokia is again in the row for releasing a new touch and type model in the name of Nokia C2-06. The report confirms that it is similar as the normal touch and type looking mobile phones but, it may differ in the area under the display. It has got an amazing resistive display and sliding keypad with great susceptibility. The display is likely to be that of QVGA and the model runs on the Series 40, which is a touch-enabled version. It is anticipated that this is low end model, thus restricting the services to 2G only. Also, you will not find any Wi-Fi connectivity services in this model which makes it incompatible with the modern requirements.

It is to be noted here that C2-06 is a dual SIM phone with the second SIM easily accessed from the left panel. Apart with these, the customers will find this model offering various other services and hardware specs which will facilitate you. A 2 MP camera, microUSB port, 3.5 mm audio jack and BL-5C battery are these features which will keep you happy. An Ovi map shortcut is also there although it lacks a GPS receiver. A phone with the latest iteration of Android which is of 2.3 Gingerbread and a 1.4 GHz Snapdragon processor is being introduced by Samsung.
