Nokia is turning in to Android software prototype leaks

Nokia is using Android software instead of WP7 because of its advanced features. Lots of people are excited because they are getting the chance to enjoy this software in their smart phones. Nokia is using the latest stock version of Android 2.3 Gingerbread. But the icons which are used in Nokia phones are higher than the WVGA.

As Nokia is using the latest software of Android, it has gain large market share. Due to it all the features like downloading, messaging, gaming along with video calling is made easy. It also supports 3G services which are important for data services. This software will introduce Alpha numeric as well as numeric pin password to mobile phones which in turns helps in improving their safety.

This software has also introduced Remote wipes in the phones which can be easily set by the Exchange administrators by the use of remote. It includes more application as compared to other software. This software has inbuilt flash of 10.1 but this does not act as supportive function in video format. This software also provides auto complete features. It has also introduced shortcuts for browser, phone and App launcher which made easily for the users to operate the phone.

MeeGo handset Nokia N950 Developer Edition is official now

The market of mobile phones is ever changing and every day, new phone or accessory device is being introduced to the customers. One such device which was long awaited, MeeGo device, has just been launched in the market. This is launched as a platform for developers along with a pack of QWERTY keyboard. The specifications of this device are similar to N9.

There were rumors in the market that Nokia N950, launched earlier, is the official MeeGo device for this year. However, N950 is not a device meant for consumers or customers. It does not come with any warranty and also have beta versions of the software loaded. Beta software is not a final version and certainly has some issues. Overall working of N950 is not up to the mark and has some issues in day-to-day usage.

Apart from above mentioned disadvantages, the N950 comes with aluminum body and QWERTY keyboard in a slide-out fashion. These are certainly plus points. The screen of N950 is quite wide (around 4 inches) and has a FWVGA resolution.

The software for Nokia N950 is not yet finalized and also its updates will not be available. As MeeGo is quite flexible, in near future someone will surely port the software from N9 to N950. The date of release and prices are not yet declared, but MeeGo lovers can be happy as they have got two devices instead of one.

With 3.9-inch AMOLED, MeeGo-based Nokia N9 now announced

Good news for MeeGo lovers! MeeGo based N9 Smartphone by Nokia is shortly arriving in the evergreen market of phones and its associated devices and accessories. The announcement was made at Singapore during Nokia Communication 2011. During recent past, this same phone was leaked.

The operating system for N9 Smartphone is developed by Intel and Nokia jointly. This operating system is based on Linux and MeeGo. It has brand new interface designed specifically to handle lot of slide or swipe based actions. The main screen has 3 panels which users can swipe. The three panels are dedicated to show different things. The first panel named Applications, shows all the installed apps in your mobile. The second panel shows calendar and events along with notifications from social networking websites. And the third and last panel shows all active or open apps which are currently on use.

N9 has a new web browser with Webkit 2 technology which supports HTML5.

This Smartphone is built from polycarbonate unibody design. This is the first Smartphone which does not have any key on its front side; all the operations are done by using touch screen swipe actions. The display is comfortably 3.9 inches wide which makes the swiping operations easy.

On the back side, it has 8 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lenses, with auto focus ability. This phone can also record videos with surround sounds.

Technically specifications include a 1GHz TI OMAP3630 SoC with 1GHz Cortex A8 CPU and PowerVR SGX530 GPU. RAM is also quire generous i.e. 1GB. This can be connected to Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth v2.1, 3G HSDPA, GPS, digital compass and accelerometer.

Samsung Launching Galaxy Tab 7, 1.2 GHz Dual-Core this autumn

Samsung Electronics is the leading company in mobile technology. This autumn it is coming up with Dual-Core Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. This Galaxy is coming with the main features like 1.2GHz with Dual core CPU of 1GB RAM and a 7'' TFT LCD Screen. It has In-build memory of 16GB which is expandable by Micro SD cards and has USB host connectivity with a Proprietary Galaxy Tab Connector. It is the first tablet devices of the company which is coming up with the latest technology in mobile products.

Dual core Samsung galaxy has the same features like the Galaxy S II, but this Galaxy 7 will have a faster CPU than the other brands. It is supposed to be run on Android 2.3.4 Ginger bread with touch wiz of 4.0. From this galaxy video calls, voice calls and SMS sending will be easily available. If the galaxy tab is coming with all this features then it would be great for the official use.

There is no mention of Cameras, but we are expecting a combination of VGA front facing cameras with 8 mega –pixel rear facing. This galaxy is coming with all the leading innovations with provides the users with more capabilities.

Ch@t 222 – A new mobile feature launched by Samsung in Indian Market

Samsung has definitely got a huge customer base in India. With their continuous trials to lure the Indian smartphone users, Samsung recently announced a new Ch@t 222 feature for the Indian mobile sets. The overall outlook and features that assembles in this set are QWERT keyboard, dual SIM support and a non-touch display of 2.2".

Other interesting aspects for this new launch are the TFT display with 220×176 resolutions, and a clear VGA camera. Also FM radio, audio jack of 3.5 mm are the additional advantages that this phone gives its users.

Speaking of the memory slot, an internal memory of 43MB that is expandable via micro slot gives a sufficient space for the mobile users to store large data. The cost factor of Ch@t 222 is quite reasonable and they are available in all the retail units of Samsung and other mobile vendors. As this phone has two separate SIM card slots along with the dual stand by feature it permits both of them to be online at the same time. The niche of mobile operators who order dual SIM phones is limited to few countries like Eastern Europe, Russia, China and Indian markets; therefore Samsung has released these phones very selectively in few countries.
