| Nokia now brings handsets that are really light on the customer’s pocket Posted: 07 Nov 2009 09:08 AM PST Handsets like Maemo and Symbian powered ones have always made news but what about the ones that have broken all records for being the lowest priced on the list? Although a not so talked about thing, but Nokia has now brought to the world the 1280, with a price tag of only €20 or $29.5 unsubsidized. Breaking its own mark, this new member of Nokia comes as a novice five pack of emerging handsets on the market today bringing in devices including candy bar models and others like 1616 and 1800 for only €4 and €6 more. The others on the list are the 2220 slider and also the 2690 candy bar that is little higher with a tag of €45 and €54. Killer battery life, FM, extended battery backup and stand by time making them ideal to use where power is a problem, the people at Indonesia will be the first to get a hands on experience of these little monsters from Nokia in early December this year. Well, for all others wait and wait and wait, but not too long mind it! |
